Thinking about therapy?

An Initial Consultation can be arranged to talk through your difficulties, and for us to think through together what might be most helpful for you at this point. This initial meeting will last for 50 minutes and allows us time to discuss any concerns you may have in more detail. We will also discuss whether long or short term counselling might be more appropriate, and matters such as the timing and frequency of any further sessions, fees etc.

An initial consultation costs £70 for individuals and £85 for couples, and can be booked with no commitment at this point to further sessions.
